Although PLAN of PA does not accept any public funds, it is financially supported by generous contributions from private foundations, by fund raising events run by volunteer committees, and by fees and gifts paid by clients families.  The following is a schedule of current fees.

Personal Care Plan development                $500.00

Fees for Services:

Annual Personal Care Plan Review, billed at case management rate.

Case management                                      $90.00/hour

Travel time                                                   $45.00/hour

Mileage                                                         $0.585/mile

Representative Payee Services                    $35.00/month

Annual Trust Management Fee                 Trusts $25,000 and under: $250

                                                                      Trusts $25,001 and over: 1%

Annual Accountant Filing Fee                     $125 (minimum)
