Nadine Hoch Fund

PLAN of PA is proud to offer a special donation fund: the Nadine Hoch Fund.

Nadine worked for 14 years at PLAN—as a Care Manager, as Executive Director and as Clinicial Director—before retiring in 2011. She was passionate about the mission of PLAN and recognized that certain programs and needs, if funding were available, would make a positive impact on the “vulnerable members of our community.”

Upon her retirement from PLAN, Nadine and her husband Lewis established the Nadine Hoch Fund to satisfy this additional need. Monies directed into the fund will be used for:

• Social outings for the many PLAN clients who are isolated from their community.  
• A group program for PLAN clients who fall through the cracks with regard to support services available through the County.  
• Temporary assistance for an individual client in any one of PLAN’s services who may be on the brink of homelessness.
• Education of families on planning for the future.
