PLAN of PA Foundation

Help us help adults with mental differences by donating to PLAN through our fundraising arm, the PLAN of PA Foundation. 

Your gift helps ensure that PLAN will have the funds necessary to sustain and enrich the lives of future generations of adults in Greater Philadelphia with mental illness, intellectual disability, autism and brain injury. 

There are a variety of ways for you to support PLAN’s mission:

• Check/Credit Card
  Your contribution can be made by check (made payable to the PLAN of PA Foundation) or charged to credit card by donating online. This donation can be from you, or in honor of a person who has touched your life. Checks can be made payable to: PLAN of PA Foundation, P.O. Box 154, Wayne, PA 19087.
  
  
• United Way
  Select PLAN of PA’s United Way Donor Choice number 7220.
  
  
• Legacy Giving
  Create a legacy by naming the PLAN of PA Foundation as a beneficiary in your will, annuity, life insurance or trust. By remembering PLAN, you also help someone else in need.
  
  
• Matching Gifts
  Many employers match charitable donations made by their employees. If you work for a matching gift company, be sure to obtain and complete the necessary form to multiply your gift.
  
  
• Securities
  PLAN of PA has a stock brokerage account established to accept stocks or bonds. Please contact PLAN of PA for instructions.
