Vision

Every person with a mental illness or disability will have people in their lives they can count on; the opportunity to contribute to the lives of others; enjoy access to housing and benefits; interact within their communities; maintain optimal health, and effectively manage their financial resources to their own benefit.

Scope of Services

PLAN of PA services result in peace of mind for families and people with behavioral health diagnoses and disabilities. We provide short-term, intermittent, and life-long support; working together on present opportunities while maintaining relationships that can span a lifetime.
