Come join Christine and Addie from the CM team, Friday, November 20th for an afternoon of art making and conversation! All artists and non-artists are welcome! 

 Get creative with "Grid Art"

• PLAN of PA will send you a blank grid in the mail.  

• We will fill our grids with symbols, patterns, and/or colors. 

• Represent, and reflect on, our emotions. 

• Bring your medium of choice-- crayons, colored pencils, markers, watercolor paints, or even just a pen or pencil if you want to follow along.  

We'll have the chance to show each other our masterpieces & explain our favorite box from our grid. 

Cost $25, billed with your regular Care Management services.
