Greg S. Care, CPA, CVA Greg joined the Board in January 2020 as Treasurer and also serves as a member of the Executive and Finance Committees. Greg has non-profit board experience and accounting expertise. Greg has a personal commitment to the mission as a family member. He works as an accountant at Maillie LLP.

Marilyn Seide Mitchell, Esq Marilyn joined the PLAN of PA Board in 2017 and brings a wealth of expertise in Special Needs Trusts, Guardianships and Estate Planning. She became President of Foundation Board in 2020 (joined Foundation Board in 2017). Marilyn is also a member of the Executive Committee and Trust Advisory Committee. Marilyn is a family member of a person with an Intellectual Disability or Behavioral Health diagnoses. Marilyn is a Partner at Herr Potts and Potts.

Linda D. Houser, PhD Linda is an Associate Professor and Ph.D. Program Director of Social Work at Widener University. Linda joined the PLAN of PA Board in January of 2020. She also serves on the Care Management Advisory Committee since 2019. Linda has experience in both public policy and social work.

John C. Stoddart, CFP John currently serves as Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Stewart Capital Advisors. John supports research and portfolio strategy decisions as well as works directly with clients to construct and manage their investment portfolios. Prior to joining Stewart Capital Advisors in 2019, John worked for DNB First Wealth Management as Chief Investment Officer, overseeing all aspects of the investment function. His background is diverse in many aspects of the investment industry, where he served in capacity of shareholder relations, assistant treasurer and senior portfolio manager. John received a bachelor's degree in economics and an MBA from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia. John also served as a volunteer Board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeastern PA, West Chester University Alumni Association, West Chester University Foundation, Handi-Crafters Inc., and the Housing Partnership of Chester County.
